Lauren Pignatello and Kimberly Becker

We have been friends for over 20 years and have finally found the time to join forces and do what we love together- travel and teach.

Lauren Pignatello is the owner of Swallowtail Farm and Creamery in Whitefield, Maine.  She is an award winning cheese maker, the owner of a small farm with a creamery and apothecary, mama to 7, an herbalist, runs a farm stand, and offers workshops and retreats. She was also the medicine woman at Standing Rock during the 2016 conflict.

Kimberly Becker is an fine artist and Curator living in Bath, Maine.  She is a painter, haute couture embroiderer and a doll maker.  Her artwork focuses on lifting women up and giving them a voice.  Her House Dress Project is an ongoing look at the issues that women face in everyday life.

She devotes much of her time to fundraising by selling her #dollsforchange for Droty Uganda, a non-profit in Uganda that works to keep young women in school so they are well educated and fulfill their greatest potential in life.
